ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED

The purpose of the County Sheriff is to protect the Citizens of their County from the
usurpation (corruption) of those governmental public functionaries (elected or appointed)
who use the laws or their office to abuse the Citizens Rights. Departments that have been
created without the authority of the Constitution(s) are not de jure and therefore these
departments DO NOT EXIST. These de facto un-authorized, un-delegated agencies answer to
no one and their abuse is un-checked and therefore runs ramped in our country. The system of
centralized democracy that has taken place over our Republican from of government is totally
unlawful and now out of control. It lacks checks and balances that our founding fathers
established to prevent the abuse of the Citizens of this Country, State, and/or Local
Municipalities, yet the Citizens of the Country lack the power to reign in these acts of
usurpation through the legal process that is corrupt and has been erected to wage war against
the people. The system of government that the people face day-in and day-out is rigged against
the citizens. As a County Sheriff of Wayne County I intend to rectify these issues by forcing
these governmental bodies to come into compliance with the Contract they signed with the
people. THE CONSTITUTION(S). Some of these areas of concern are listed below, but do not
encompass the entire issues of issues we face if we are to return back to our Republic(s)- -
1. Public functionaries that violate their Oath of Office.
(Article XI Section 1 Michigan Constitution (1963))
2. The un-secure election process where cheating and fraud were/are allowed to take place.
3. Public functionaries" that commit fraudulent acts in the voting process.
4. Un-ethical, un-lawful practices such as those that took place at the TCF center during the
2020 election.
5. Any practice by any governmental department that usurps authority never granted to them
by the people.
6. Public functionaries that violate Wayne County Citizens Rights.
7. Public functionaries that abuse their authority un-delegated to them by the Citizens.
8. Un-ethical Attorneys and Judges who violate their sworn duty to the Wayne County
Citizens, the State, and the Nation.
9. Un-ethical medical tyranny that is pervasive in our Country by un-ethical practices and media
propaganda.
10. Un-ethical federal government agencies and public functionaries that abuse Wayne County
Citizens.

11. The use of propaganda, disguised as news, to frighten the public to perform a certain way.
12. Un-ethical State, local, and federal governmental public functionaries that do not perform
their duties de jure.
13. Any agency of local, state, and/or federal governments that are not authorized by the
Constitution(s) or City Charters. Any agency that violate any established right or provision
of their Charter or Constitution(s). See: Norton v. Shelby County, 118 U.S. 425 (1886), which
is stare decisis.
14. Any foreclosures or seizing of property not done according to the laws of these Republic(s).
