Constitutional Sheriff
I will defend the Republic(s) of this nation.
I have read and understand the Constitution(s) and know that we were guaranteed a
Republican form of government (United States Constitution, Article IV, Section 4). I will
take the Oath of Office and the responsibilities that I am charged with seriously.
I will be a de jure Sheriff for the County of Wayne. (I will follow the Constitution(s) as
well as the law(s) (Not some groups policy/agenda) of this State and Nation).
I will protect the people against the usurpation by public functionaries employed by the
government, and expose and eliminate any de facto offices which may be still in
existence throughout Wayne County.
I am the peoples first line of Constitutional defense against all predators, public and/or
private.
I realize that this is the single most important Office of law enforcement created for the
protection for the people in the County of Wayne, and no other Office of government can
coerce, threaten, punish or arrest anyone without the cooperation given from the Office of
the Wayne County Sheriff.

Duties of a Constitutional Sheriff

The powers of our Republic(s) were put in place and divided by the Founding Fathers with the
Constitution(s) along with the Election system in order for “We the People” to SELF GOVERN
and allow an equally balanced system recognizing our God Given Birth Rights, enumerated in by
the US Constitution. No other Nation in the world has the rule of law protecting them from the
acts of usurpation by public functionaries like the United States of America! The County
Sheriff's duties are to keep the government from abusing power and infringing on the citizens
rights, and our Bill of Rights along seeking justice for Citizens who are preyed upon by
individuals who act with criminal intent-
The Sheriff has jurisdiction across his entire county, and is the Chief Law Enforcement Official
of the county who has the ability to be the “buffer” between the People and Government. While
upholding the rule of law for the government, the Sheriff also has the duty to uphold the
Constitutional rights of the People.
The County Sheriff is the first and last line of defense when it comes to upholding and defending
the Constitution(s). A Sheriff’s duties go far beyond writing tickets, making arrests and/or
operating jails. The County Sheriff has the obligation to protect the Constitutional rights of the

Citizens of his county. All Sheriffs take an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, from
enemies foreign AND domestic.

The Constitution was designed for the United States Citizens to self govern and for the
government to Serve “We The People”. This has not been the case our Founding Fathers
intended. “We The People”, You and I, need to start taking back our State, one 1 County at a
time through one de jure vote at a time- EVERY VOTE COUNTS WHICH WAS CAST
CONSTITUTIONALLY, TABULATED CONSTITUTIONALLY, AND CERTIFIED
CONSTITUTIONALLY–
